Incredible Beetroot & Ginger Juice

Beets and lemons are filled with vitamin C. Increasing your vitamin C intake is one of the easiest ways to boost your immune system.

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 green apple.
    2 stalks of celery.
    1.25 inch (3cm) cube ginger or froots ginger juice.
    1 medium beetroot.
    Handful of fresh mint.
    ½ lemon.

  • METHOD

    Run all ingredients through the juicer and serve immediately.
